• Character Level 7+ – Your character must be at least level 7 to access the dungeon (this is the minimum level to attempt the first wing, Shattered). Higher difficulty wings effectively require higher character progression (e.g., level 30+ recommended).
• Universal Hall Unlocked – Ensure that the mode is unlocked on your account. Tarisland may require you to complete a brief intro or quest to access Universal Hall. If you haven’t unlocked it yet, we can guide you or include the unlock as part of the boost.
• Account Access (Piloted Service) – This service requires account sharing. You’ll need to provide us login access to your Tarisland character so our expert can pilot it through the dungeon. You might be wondering how Universal Hall works gameplay-wise, especially if you plan to tackle it yourself someday. Completing the dungeon in Tarisland requires good preparation, knowledge of boss mechanics and smart use of the affix system. Here’s a quick rundown on how to beat this solo challenge:

• Gear Up and Meet Requirements: Before entering, ensure your gear score and level are sufficient for the wing you want to attempt. Repair your equipment (it costs some silver, and you’ll need every bit of durability) and stock up on potions if needed.
• Choose Your Difficulty (Wing): Start with the lowest wing (Shattered Hall) if it’s your first time. Higher wings unlock after you clear the previous ones. Pick the highest difficulty you’re comfortable with – higher tiers yield better loot.
• Select Boss Affix: At the start of each floor, you must choose a Boss Affix. This affix gives the boss an extra ability or buff (for example, a double-cast of a certain skill). Pro tip: Always select at least one affix – it might make the fight harder, but it significantly boosts your score and rewards.
• Add Optional Universal Affixes: If you feel confident (or crazy!), you can add additional affixes that affect the fight or your character (like a handicap). Each affix increases the challenge but also the points you earn. Veterans stack multiple affixes to maximize rewards. If you’re new, you might skip optional affixes until you get the hang of the boss patterns.
• Learn Boss Patterns: Enter the fight and observe the boss’s attack patterns. Every boss in Universal Hall has telegraphed moves. For example, if you see the boss casting Flame Strike (usually a big red circle indicator), move out quickly to avoid massive damage. As affixes stack, these patterns might double up or become faster.
• Manage the Timer: Keep an eye on the timer displayed on the screen. Each floor gives you a limited time to win. Higher difficulties = shorter timers. Don’t panic if it’s ticking down – focus on dealing consistent damage and avoiding hits. Use your high-damage skills wisely and don’t waste time.
• Defeat the Boss & Claim Rewards: Once the boss is down, you’ll get some points and loot. At this point, you can choose to exit and claim your rewards or continue to the next floor. If you continue, you’ll select affixes again for the next boss and face a tougher challenge.
• Progress Through Floors: Repeat the process for each floor (there are 5 floors per wing). Each boss will be stronger than the last. Make sure to adapt – what worked on floor 1 might need adjustment by floor 5 as affixes stack up.
• Complete the Wing: After beating the 5th floor boss, congratulations – you’ve cleared that wing! You’ll receive a bigger reward bundle at the end. To go further, exit and then unlock the next wing difficulty.
• Spend Your Points: Don’t forget to visit the Universal Shop. The points (badges) you earned can be exchanged for awesome items. Buy that new mount or epic gear piece as a trophy for your achievement!
