Terms of Service – ChaosBoost

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use the services of ChaosBoost (“Site”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

The Site provides educational game coaching and aid services to help players enhance their skills and advance in the supported games. Services are carried out on our tutors’ individual accounts. We do not have access to clients’ game accounts.

3. Eligibility

You should not be less than thirteen years old to use our services. In accepting these terms, you agree that you are 13 or over and possess the legal capacity for this agreement.

4. Payments

Prepayment by payment methods offered on the Site is required for all services. Secure payments are handled by third party payment processors. We do not keep any payment related information.

5. Refunds

Reimbursements are made at our own discretion. Refunds are not available for rendered services. Remains of service packages can be refunded if requested.

6. Client Obligations

The clients consent to obey all directives from their allocated tutor or guide to receive the purchased services. Neglecting this may affect service provision.

7. Liability

We aim to assist in being helpful but cannot promise the particular results or outcomes. Using our services is your risk, and we are not responsible for any damages, losses, or difficulties that may arise, including actions by game companies against your account. It is your duty to find out if the use of our services breaches any game agreements. We particularly exclude all guarantees, oral or written.

8. Intellectual Property

CHAOSBOOST LTD owns the Site and its original content, features and functionality hence they are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

9. Termination

We have the right to reject or discontinue service to a person for whatever reason at our discretion. Using our services for fraud or abuse will terminate without refund.

10. Changes to Terms

We have the power to change these terms at any given time. Updated terms will be placed on this page and date of revision will be shown. After changes, your continued use of the Site will be the acceptance of the new terms.
