Hay Day Items is the term for all items, products and upgrade parts you can collect or craft in the game – from wheat and corn to bolts, duct tape, land deeds, map pieces, and even buttered bread or platinum bars. They power every major feature in the game, fuel upgrades, fulfill orders, craft goods and unlock land. They are grouped into Barn, Silo, Expansion Materials, Rare Collectibles, and Crafting Supplies and shape the entire farming loop. Whether harvested from fields, dropped by animals, earned from boat crates, or found in treasure chests, they are how farmers gain XP, stack coins, grow their towns and level up. Using a Boost to buy essential items keeps farms thriving in Hay Day, pushing growth without unnecessary delays and giving players the perfect edge.

Rewards

Every time you use or collect Hay Day items, you’re working towards some kind of reward. Using your items effectively gives you benefits that help your farm grow. Here are some of the rewards tied directly to them:

  • Experience Points (XP): Turning in requested goods for truck deliveries, boat shipments or town visitor orders gives you XP, which helps you level up faster.
  • Coins: Selling crops, products and other goods in your Roadside Shop or completing orders adds coins to your wallet so you can buy new machines, decorations or more supplies.
  • Level Progression: The more tasks you complete and trades you make, the more XP you gain – and the more you level up. New levels unlock crops, animals and production buildings (like the Cake Oven or Sushi Bar) to add to your farm.
  • Machine & Feature Unlocks: Hitting certain levels (thanks to sourced XP) unlocks new machines and features. For example, reaching a new level might allow you to buy the Sandwich Bar or open the Township if you haven’t already.
  • Events and Achievements: Using specific components can help you complete events or achievements. For example, filling boat crates with parts can give you vouchers or puzzle pieces in special events and upgrading your barn/silo (with those parts) will complete achievements that give you diamonds.

In short, every item you buy is more than just something in your barn – it’s a stepping stone to more XP, more wealth and more content in the game. The right components at the right time can catapult your farm’s growth by unlocking a chain of rewards and new gameplay.

Options

At ChaosBoost, we offer several Hay Day item boost options to get you the exact parts you need without the wait. Whether you’re running out of barn space or desperately need that one last bolt, we have a package for it. Here are the different types of component deliveries we offer, each designed to target a specific need:

  • Barn Pack: A bundle of barn upgrade parts (bolts, planks, duct tape). When your barn is full and you need those parts to upgrade it. We’ll give you a balanced set so you can hit the next barn size upgrade and stop seeing the “Barn is full!” warning every few minutes.
  • Silo Pack: A set of silo expansion parts (nails, screws, wood panels). When your silo can’t fit another carrot or corn, this pack gives you the parts to expand crop storage. No more deleting crops or holding off on harvests – a bigger silo means you can hoard all the wheat and sugarcane you want.
  • Expansion Materials Pack: All the land expansion goodies (land deeds, mallets, marker stakes) you need to open new plots. If you’re eyeing that patch of fog-covered land at the edge of your farm, we’ll help you claim it. This option can also cover town expansion needs (like map pieces) if you’re working on your Town or Sanctuary.
  • Rare Pack: A custom selection of those ultra-rare, hard to get components that always seem to be missing. Every farm has that one part that never drops – be it a bolt, tape or maybe an expansion permit. This pack lets you stock up on exactly what you’re missing. Tell us which components have been your white whale and we’ll deliver a bunch of them to finally balance your inventory.
  • Crafting Delivery: Bulk quantities of production goods or raw materials. Need 50 cherry jams for a boat event? Short on ore to smelt bars for a task? We can supply high-demand products (like cheese, sugar or cloth) or raw resources (like ores, coal or even axes and saws) so you can keep your production chain going without downtime.

No matter which option you buy, our delivery is fast and player-friendly. We make sure you get exactly what you paid for with minimal fuss. With these boosts, you can skip the random drop frustration and focus on the fun parts of farming. (And yes, your pets will appreciate that you finally have room to stock up on their bacon and carrots.)

Requirements

Before using our item delivery service, there are a few simple requirements to check. We keep it straightforward but these must be in place to ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Minimum Level (Roadside Shop Unlocked): You must be at least level 7 in-game, which unlocks the Roadside Shop. This is essential because we deliver them by listing them in the shop for you to buy. (Don’t worry most players hit level 7 during the tutorial.)
  • Sufficient Storage Space: Make sure your barn (or silo if you’re buying crops) has enough free slots for the incoming goodies. If you’re buying 100 units but your barn is almost full, you’ll need to sell or use some stuff first. We can deliver in batches if necessary but having enough space upfront makes things quicker.
  • Feature Unlocked (if Applicable): If you’re ordering components related to a specific feature, you need that feature available. For example, you can only use land expansion supplies if you have unopened land plots and you’d need to have the Town unlocked (level 34) if you want town expansion materials. (Similarly puzzle pieces can only help once you’ve unlocked the Sanctuary to use them.)
  • Stable Internet & Coordination: During the delivery you’ll need a reliable internet connection and be able to coordinate via in-game chat or our instructions. We’ll likely friend you or join your Neighborhood temporarily to facilitate the trade so be ready to accept a friend request or keep an eye on your shop for our sale.

If you meet these requirements, you’re all set. Our Hay Day team will handle the rest, guiding you through the process of receiving your items. It’s a quick and safe transaction as long as the basics above are covered and you can enjoy your new items straight away.

How to Get Items in Hay Day

Every Hay Day farmer has their own tricks to get items. If you’ve been playing for a while, you know it can sometimes feel like the game has a mind of its own when it comes to item drops. Here are the main ways to get what you need through normal gameplay:

  • Harvesting Crops (“Wheating”): One popular method is to mass-plant wheat and harvest it constantly (fondly nicknamed wheating). Crops, especially fast-growing ones like wheat, have a small chance to drop bonus items (expansion or upgrade materials) when harvested. It’s not guaranteed, but over dozens of harvests you’ll see nails, screws or other goodies pop out of your fields.
  • Feeding Animals: Collecting products from animals can trigger item drops too. Every time you collect milk from cows, bacon from pigs or eggs from chickens, there’s a chance an upgrade item will drop alongside the goods. So keeping your animals fed not only gives you dairy and bacon, it might net you an extra bolt or wood panel now and then.
  • Completing Orders: Filling truck orders and boat crates is a double win: you get coins and XP and occasionally you’ll receive vouchers or expansion items as a bonus. Boat orders in particular can drop puzzle pieces during special boat events and completing all crates can yield expansion materials. Serving town visitors (once you have the Town unlocked) often rewards you with random expansion pieces after you fully serve a visitor’s requests.
  • Treasure Chests & Mystery Boxes: Keep an eye out for red toolboxes (mystery boxes) on your farm and other farms and treasure chests in the Fishing Lake or Town. These can contain random items from expansion parts to diamonds. You might need a key (or a bit of luck) to open some but it’s always worth tapping them when you see them.
  • Events and Derby Rewards: Regular events sometimes have reward thresholds that include valuable supplies (for example, a global truck delivery event might give expansion materials at certain points). If you’re in a Neighborhood the Derby is a treasure trove for boosters – finishing tasks and placing in the Derby leagues often lets you pick expansion pieces, barn tools or other goodies as prizes.
  • The Daily Dirt (Newspaper): Never underestimate the power of shopping! The Daily Dirt (newspaper) is where players put their excess goods up for sale. You can flip through it to snag cheap goods other farmers are selling. It’s competitive – sometimes you’ll tap an ad for bolts and they’re already gone – but if you check frequently, you can score the supplies you need. (Pro tip: refresh the paper often and check at odd times to find less-contested deals.)
  • Hiring Tom: Tom is the friendly errand boy you can hire with diamonds. When active, he’ll nap on your farm until you wake him and ask for a specific item. He’ll then run off and return with that part (usually in bulk). If you have diamonds to spare, Tom can fetch you expansion materials, rare ores or any product you need every few hours. It’s a handy way to target particular components, though his services are time-limited and cost diamonds.

With all these methods, Hay Day Boost gives you plenty of opportunities to buy items. Still, they rely on luck and timing. You might go on a wheating spree and end up with 5 bolts but 0 tape or check the paper 10 times without finding a single plank. Patience (and persistence) is the name of the game if you stick to the traditional methods.

FAQ

Every Hay Day player eventually hits a snag – whether it’s running out of barn space or chasing that one elusive bolt. These questions cover the most common things players ask before grabbing a Boost from ChaosBoost. Here's everything you need to know about buying items, trading safely and how the service works.

How does the ChaosBoost Hay Day Items service work?

It’s simple – we deliver items through an in-game trade. After you place an order, we’ll contact you (via email or chat) to set up a time. Then we add you as a friend in Hay Day and put the items up for sale in our Roadside Shop at a nominal price (usually 1 coin each). You buy them from us in-game and voilà, you’ve got your items. No account sharing is needed – you play on your farm, and we just do a safe trade as if we were another player friend.

Is buying items safe and allowed in Hay Day?

Yes, it’s safe. We only use normal in-game mechanics (the Roadside Shop) to transfer items, which is exactly how players trade among themselves. Supercell’s terms don’t forbid trading – it’s a core part of the game. We also take precautions to ensure the exchange goes smoothly (for example, coordinating so random players don’t snag the items). Thousands of trades have been done without any issues. Plus, because we don’t need your login info at all, your account remains secure and under your control at all times.

What if I don’t have enough barn space for the items?

This is a common concern. Ideally you’ll free up enough space before the trade (sell some stuff, use some crops, etc.). If you realize mid-trade you’re out of room, we can pause – you can make some space by doing an upgrade or selling off items, and then we’ll resume the delivery. Our team is patient; we’ll work with you to deliver in manageable chunks. Worst case, if you absolutely can’t take all items at once, we can split the delivery across multiple sessions. Just let us know and we’ll make it work.

Which items can I buy from ChaosBoost?

Almost any tradable item is available. Our most popular requests are for upgrade materials (bolts, tape, planks, nails, etc.) and expansion items (deeds, mallets, stakes), since those are the usual bottlenecks. But you can also buy bulk crops, animal products, crafted goods, mining tools, saws/axes – you name it. If it can be put up for sale in the Roadside Shop, we can deliver it. When you order, you’ll specify what you need and we’ll confirm if it’s doable (spoiler: it usually is). The goal is to supply exactly what you’re missing so you can get back to enjoying the game with a fully stocked barn.
