Legion Remix Phase 4: Argus Eternal – New Rewards, Mounts, Activities and Achievements

Legion Remix Phase 4: Argus Eternal – New Rewards, Mounts, Activities and Achievements

We’ve been on Argus for a few weeks now and honestly, it’s been the most fun phase of Legion Remix so far. It hits that sweet spot of nostalgia and new rewards. Argus Eternal is the climax of Legion in a compact, supercharged event form. You get new ways to power up your Timerunners, chase mounts that used to be super rare, and farm some of the flashiest transmogs in the game. If you like feeling your character get stronger while your collection grows, Phase 4 is your playground.

Reviews ⭐ 5.0

Stepping onto Argus felt like loading an old save file, but this time with cheat codes. You land on the Vindicaar and work your way through three zones: Krokuun, Mac’Aree, and Antoran Wastes. Each zone has its own vibe, story beats and demons to farm into the ground. The Remix pacing is fast, so the story moves along without feeling like a slog. By the time we finished the campaign our Timerunners felt like veterans of a full expansion, not an event.

Quick look at the Argus zones:

Zone Vibe Main Focus
Krokuun War-torn, green, fel everywhere Army of the Light, survival, skirmishes
Mac’Aree Ruined, eerie, purple and gold Eredar history, void themes, story lore
Antoran Wastes Lava, demons, raid looming in sky High danger, elites, Antorus front yard

Krokuun is your introduction, full of footholds, beacons and Legion artillery falling from the sky. Mac’Aree slows things down visually and ramps up the void vibes, which was my favorite zone to just wander around. Antoran Wastes is the “you are not supposed to be here” zone where trash mobs hit harder and the Antorus raid looms over you. Argus world quests and side stories are back, but Remix makes them feel more rewarding because every little thing feeds your Infinite Power and Bronze pile. If you like story with a side of grind, Argus is the spot.

Campaign, Reputations and World Content

Campaign, Reputations and World Content News

The main Argus storyline still leads to the classic achievement “You Are Now Prepared!”. In Remix, that achievement is more than just a flex, it’s another chunk of Infinite Knowledge. Along the way you will be rebuilding the Army of the Light and teaming up with the Argussian Reach. These two reputations matter for the feeling of progression and some of the cosmetic rewards tied to Argus.

World quests on Argus are your daily bread in Phase 4. They pay out Bronze and reputation and are all clustered together. We usually log in, open the map and just run a loop per zone to grab as much progress as possible. Doing this with friends turns Argus into a speed farm where you are constantly pulling half the map and vaporizing demons in seconds. It’s chaos, but it’s the fun kind of chaos.

Invasion Points – Tiny Raids in the Sky

Invasion Points

Invasion Points are back and they are actually important in Phase 4. You will see small portals on Argus that take you into mini scenarios with a specific Legion flavor. Some are simple boss arenas, others have you running through packs of mobs before fighting a final demon. Most of them take just a couple of minutes with a decent group.

There are two types of Invasion Points. Lesser Invasion Points are the quick hits you can solo or duo with ease. Greater Invasion Points are tuned more like world bosses and feel like tiny raids that spawn in the sky. These Greater ones are the targets for several Infinite Knowledge achievements. We found it easiest to hop between them with a group and just chain pull bosses as they appear.

Invasion goals to keep in mind:

  • Do at least one Lesser Invasion Point for its achievement and reward.
  • Finish several Greater Invasion Points to tick off the “I” and “II” achievements.
  • Try to tag each unique Greater Invasion boss over time for the big Argus Invasion achievement.
  • Use them as bonus Bronze and gear farming while you are already on Argus.

If you only have limited time to play, Invasion Points are one of the most efficient things you can do in Phase 4. They combine boss kills, achievement progress and currency into a neat little package.

Seat of the Triumvirate – Void Dungeon Returns

Seat of the Triumvirate

Seat of the Triumvirate comes back as the final Legion dungeon in Remix, and honestly, it holds up. The place feels like a haunted cathedral that the void has been chewing on for centuries. Bosses are a mixture of straightforward and “do the mechanic or die instantly”, especially on Heroic. Even with Remix power, you cannot ignore everything here without consequences.

Running Seat on Heroic is required for a specific Infinite Knowledge achievement. That alone makes it worth prioritizing at least once. It also counts towards the Legion Remix Dungeoneer meta which involves clearing all Legion dungeons. Our usual routine was to queue as a premade, blast through the earlier dungeons and then treat Seat as the real test of coordination. It’s a nice midpoint between casual and sweaty.

Antorus, the Burning Throne – Final Raid of Remix

Antorus, the Burning Throne

Antorus is the crown jewel of Phase 4. It’s the final raid of Legion and in Remix it’s where a lot of the best rewards live. The raid has 11 bosses, starting with Garothi Worldbreaker and ending with Argus the Unmaker. The layout has you bouncing between different wings of the Burning Throne, fighting everything from hounds and machines to titanic demigods.

On Normal most groups are steamrolling the early bosses with Remix levels of power. Heroic still demands basic mechanics but nothing too extreme if people at least glance at a guide. Mythic is where coordination and knowledge matter more again. We jumped into Normal first just to refresh our memories and cruise for loot. After that we started joining Heroic and Mythic groups to chase specific achievements and cosmetic rewards.

Antorus is not just about prestige anymore, it’s very directly tied to Infinite Knowledge, weapon appearances, mounts and transmogs. If you only raid one thing during Phase 4, make it this one. Even a single clear of Normal is already a huge step towards multiple goals.

Infinite Knowledge – New Phase 4 Power Boosts

Infinite Knowledge

Infinite Knowledge is the backbone of your character growth in Legion Remix. Each rank permanently increases the strength of your Infinite Power and Phase 4 adds several new ways to gain ranks. That means Argus content is not just for cosmetics, it directly makes your Timerunner stronger. We felt the difference after finishing a batch of Argus achievements and going back into older content.

You get Infinite Knowledge from various Argus related achievements. The Argus story campaign, Seat of the Triumvirate, Antorus and the different Invasion Point goals all contribute. This pushes you naturally into trying everything Phase 4 offers at least once. If you like checklists, it feels great to knock these out and see your overall power creep upward.

Here is a simplified look at the key Infinite Knowledge sources in Phase 4:

Achievement What you do
You Are Now Prepared! Complete the full Argus story campaign
Breaking the Legion I Progress Legion destruction goals on Argus
Greater Invasion Points I & II Clear a number of Greater Invasion Points
Argus Invasion Point Bosses Kill all unique Greater Invasion bosses
Heroic: Seat of the Triumvirate Kill the last boss on Heroic difficulty
Legion Remix Dungeoneer Clear all Legion dungeons at least once
Antorus, the Burning Throne Defeat Argus in the raid

If your goal is to max out Infinite Knowledge before the event ends, Phase 4 is mandatory content. The nice part is that most achievements overlap with things you would want to do anyway, like chasing mounts and mogs.

New Transmogs

Phase 4 Transmogs

Transmog addicts are eating well in Phase 4. The first big prize is the Sargerei Commander’s Lightbound Regalia, a golden, Lightforged flavored set. It looks like something a Naaru paladin would wear to a holy war. The catch is that it is tied to completing all Legion raids on Mythic difficulty in Remix. That sounds scary on paper, but Remix power levels and organized groups make it more realistic than it used to be.

Sargerei Commander’s Lightbound Regalia

Once we finished Mythic Antorus and completed the raid meta, we sprinted to the Infinite Bazaar to pick up the Lightbound set. The armor absolutely glows. On a paladin, priest or even a warrior, it gives a serious “general of the Army of the Light” vibe. It’s easily one of the most striking ensemble rewards in the entire event.

There are also Argus era world armor sets available for Bronze. These include things like Garothi Battleplate, Doomsinger’s Cloth, Arinor Keeper’s Leather, and Oronaar Disciple’s Mail. They are essentially NPC and world themed sets that were never fully collectible back in Legion. Now you can just walk up to the vendor and buy a full look. It’s a great way to build outfits that feel very specific to Argus, instead of reusing the same old raid gear.

Weapon Appearances – Scythes, Shields and Demon Style

Weapon Appearances

Weapon enjoyers get a lot of love in Phase 4. The headliner is the Scythe of the Unmaker and its Felscorned variants. Originally, this scythe was a polearm drop from Argus the Unmaker. In Remix, you can collect multiple color variants, and they can be used as both polearm and staff transmogs. That means casters can finally walk around with a towering cosmic or fel scythe on their back.

Scythe Appearances

The Felscorned Scythe specifically comes from Mythic Argus. It is a vicious green fel version that screams Burning Legion. The “regular” scythe colors can be bought using a mix of Bronze and boss currency from Argus kills. We farmed Argus on multiple difficulties to build up enough currency, and it was absolutely worth it. Swapping between scythe appearances on different specs made all our characters feel instantly cooler.

Then there is the Bulwark of Mannoroth, offered as both a shield appearance and a back transmog. You earn it from an Argus meta achievement that asks you to complete a few key Argus goals. Equipping it makes you look like a mini pit lord with a chunk of demon armor welded to your back. Tanks love it, but honestly any class can rock the back piece and look terrifying. It’s the kind of mog that turns heads in cities.

Bulwark of Mannoroth

Mount Madness – New and Returning Favorites

Mount Madness

Phase 4 really shines for mount collectors. The Infinite Bazaar is loaded, and Argus specific rewards are finally all in one place. We went in with a large stash of Bronze and still had to make hard choices. Some mounts are brand new Remix exclusives, while others are old Legion drops that used to be ultra rare or time gated.

New Remix mounts we recommend:

  • Ghastly Ur’zul – a spectral, eerie Ur’zul variant that looks like a nightmare on wings.
  • Luminous, Albino, Bloodtooth, and Fel-Scarred Mana Rays – fresh color variants of the Argus manta ray mounts.
  • Longhorned Beryl, Argussian, Bleakhoof, and Sable Talbuks – massive antlered talbuks with bright themed colors.

Ur’zul and Talbuks

These new mounts cost around 10,000 Bronze each, so they are not cheap, but they are manageable if you have been playing through earlier phases. We treated them as priority purchases because they are unique to Remix and likely to vanish when the event ends.

Returning Argus mounts now purchasable:

  • Shackled Ur’zul – former Mythic Argus drop, now costly but guaranteed.
  • Antoran Charhound – fiery demon dog from Antorus.
  • Paragon mounts like Avenging Felcrusher, Blessed Felcrusher, Vile Fiend, and more.
  • Original Mana Rays like Scintillating, Felglow, Lambent, and others.

Returning Mounts

These mounts are more expensive, especially the marquee ones at 100,000 Bronze. For most players, that means picking favorites and accepting that you might not get them all. We made a “must have” list as a group, then planned our Bronze farming around it. Seeing long time dream mounts on a vendor instead of behind endless RNG is incredibly satisfying.

Violet Spellwing – Second Chance at a Lost Mount

Violet Spellwing

Violet Spellwing deserves its own section. This purple arcane phoenix used to be an Ahead of the Curve reward from Legion. If you missed killing Argus on Heroic back then, it was gone. Legion Remix Phase 4 brings it back and gives everyone another shot.

Violet Spellwing Flying

To get Violet Spellwing in Remix, you need to kill Argus on Heroic or Mythic. The fight is much more manageable now thanks to power creep and Remix tuning. We formed a Heroic group with a mix of veterans and newer players. After a bit of explanation and a couple of learning pulls, Argus fell. Everyone picked up the quest item and turned it in for their Spellwing.

Riding that mount for the first time years later felt amazing. It’s one of those cosmetics that always stood out visually, and now it’s not locked in the vault forever. If you only chase one mount this phase, make a case for it to be this one.

Pets, Toys and Extra Collectibles

Other Collectibles

If you like pets, the Phase 4 vendors on Argus and at the Infinite Bazaar have some goodies. Uuna is back, which is nice if you like your pets to have a mini story attached to them. Cross Gazer, Docile Skyfin, Fel-Afflicted Skyfin, and Grasping Manifestation are the Argus themed pet crew. They all lean into the void, fel, or light themes of Argus.

New Pets

Toys are another area where Phase 4 goes wild. All-Seer’s Eye, Barrier Generator, Legion Communication Orb, and Unstable Portal Emitter are fun visual effects, mini events, or roleplay flavor. Some are cheap, others are expensive flex pieces for collectors. We buy toys last, but watching someone spam Unstable Portal Emitter in a city makes us reconsider our priorities.

Toys

There are even future facing cosmetics in the mix. Some housing related items and decor are clearly designed for the next expansion. We’ve started grabbing everything that looks like it will be good in a future player home. It’s weird planning interior design while fighting the Burning Legion, but here we are.

Other Activities and Titles Worth Chasing

Beyond the obvious dungeons and raids, Phase 4 is full of smaller goals. Exploring all of Argus gives achievements and extra reasons to poke into every nook and cranny. Doing all the world quests at least once helps you discover niche gimmicks and fun encounters. We’ve had fun just ticking off everything on the map and laughing at weird quest lines we had forgotten.

There are titles tied to Remix progress and Legion accomplishments. Some are tied to raid metas, others to overall event achievements. Seeing new titles in the city hubs is a nice reminder that Legion Remix is not just a nostalgia trip, it’s a real event with its own identity. If you like cosmetic flexes, this is a great time to stack up transmog, mounts, pets and titles all at once.

As Phase 4 moves on, the community is getting better at optimizing routes for Bronze, achievements and clears. Joining group content has never been easier. We recommend joining community runs, Discords or guild events to get the most out of this phase.

Where ChaosBoost Comes In

ChaosBoost in Legion Remix

At ChaosBoost we are in Legion Remix every day, but we know not everyone has the time or energy for the full grind. Life happens, schedules are messy and sometimes you just want the cool mount without weeks of farming. That’s exactly why our boosting services exist. We always play manually, communicate like fellow gamers and treat your goals as if they were our own.

Do Not Sleep on Phase 4

Check Phase 4 Out

Legion Remix Phase 4 has been one of the best event phases we have seen in World of Warcraft. It has a strong story, iconic zones and some of the most coveted rewards in the game. You get a second chance at things that were once lost, plus brand new cosmetics that might never return. Your character also gets stronger through Infinite Knowledge so nothing feels like wasted time.

If you have been on the fence about Legion Remix, now is the time to jump in. Start the Argus campaign, queue for Seat of the Triumvirate and aim for at least Normal or Heroic Antorus. Pick a couple of mounts or transmogs you want and set them as your big goals for the phase. Whether you solo, run with friends or team up with us at ChaosBoost, Phase 4 is your chance to walk away with an absurd amount of lasting rewards. We will see you on Argus, probably pulling too many demons at once and laughing about it in voice chat.
